given a ‘crack down’ on supposed DSP ‘rorters’ and difficulties with the current DSP regime, both the welfare rights and legal aid specialists assisting with DSP claims, are extremely busy. We stress though that you do NOT attempt to launch a DSP application alone. Seek help from these legal services before completing your application. You will save yourself a lot of grief!
